We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, material defects, substantially decolorized at the time of delivery, or if the size or type of the product you ordered is different from the product you received. For any defect, please contact cs@enerskin.com.

RETURN DETAILS

- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you. 
- We do not offer exchanges. When you receive your Store Credit you may purchase the item you would like online.

- Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

 HOLIDAY SALES: Due to high volume of orders, processing may incur slight delays (1-2 days). 

Free Shipping: Enerskin offers free shipping on any orders over $99 in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico 

Processing Time: Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after your order has been received. Orders received after 1:00 pm (EST) will be shipped out the next business day. If an order is placed after 1:00 pm (EST) on Friday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday.

Exclusions: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.Notifications: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email that the order has been shipped and will also receive a tracking number.Reminder: Processing time is separate from Shipping time. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

 International orders can take approximately 20 days for delivery.Packages that are held by customs may cause additional delays.International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Be patient with the international shipping process, it will always take longer than domestic shipping. 

TAXES, TARIFFS, AND DUTIES 

We are not in control of any country specific Tariffs and Duties imposed on your order. Taxes and Duties will likely be charged on the items you ordered. If Taxes and Duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
