We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, material defects, substantially decolorized at the time of delivery, or if the size or type of the product you ordered is different from the product you received. For any defect, please contact email@example.com.
The Enerskin team strives to provide state-of-the-art technology and the best customer service available. We handle all our customers’ inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- We do not offer exchanges. When you receive your Store Credit you may purchase the item you would like online.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
